Happy New Year!!!
Each year, it seems my New Years Eve have been getting better and better. (Especially since I met Dan!)
Being super pregnant this year, Dan and I had a mellow New Years Eve. Our evening started early as we met up with our friends Hughe and Mike to watch the 6pm fireworks over Penns Landing.
Then we met up with some friends and colleagues in the Media Tent there where it was warm, and there was food and hot chocolate.
The tent was overlooking the Penns Landing ice skating rink — the River Rink.
And on the other side there was the Delaware River, over which we watched spectacular fireworks!

After the fireworks, Dan and I went home and watched all the New Years celebrations on TV. We stayed up until midnight and then we kissed and went to bed. Ah, how times change!
It might have been a mellow NYE, but we have an exciting year ahead of us. Next year, our family grows from 2 to 3!!! Happy New Year!
