Girls Overnight in Atlantic City!
I have to say, this was a really fun party. Allison had asked me to throw her bachelorette party for her and of course I was ready to facilitate the celebrations!!!!!
But first… we had to get to Atlantic City. Alison drove the two of us and we met everyone there. Of course, the party began in the car!
Off to phase one of Allison’s Bachelorette Party: Cabana celebrations by the pool at the Chelsea Hotel!
We ate and drank… well, everyone but me drank. I ate.
Then we played the underwear game that was run by Claire. I loved her rules; if Allison could guess who bought her what underwear based on the wrapping, that person gave her $5. If she guessed wrong, she had to wear the underwear. At the end, everyone revealed which pair they bought… and Claire made the gift-giver then wear the underwear! It was so silly, and of course I have pics:
Then it was pool time! After all, what’s a pool party if you don’t take a dip in the pool? Apparently the cabanas at the Chelsea hotel are THE place to have a bachelor/bachelorette party and someone from the other cabanas had brought a gigantic inflatable penis to the pool which was absolutely hilarious:

We capped off the pool portion of our bachelorette party with a round of shots. Except for me. I’m pregnant so I drank water. You can see me in the back of these group drinking photos pretending. Can you say chaperone?
As we were wrapping up at the pool, Kathleen and Jackie ran up to Allison’s room and decorated it! Boy was Allison surprised when she went up to the room, only to find “caution” tape covering her door!
Anyway, those of us that were interested in boardwalk massages changed out of our bathing suits and we were off to the massage chairs! The cool part about this part of the party was that when we started our 1-hour massages it was light out and by the time we were finished, we were relaxed, (some of us were asleep) and it was dark outside.
Ah, so relaxed. Who’s ready to get dressed up and go out?
But first, a little pre-party in Allison’s room…
Jackie gave Allison a list of “missions” to accomplish at the dance club:
Jackie also gave Allison a bunch of novelty bachelorette gifts, and Julie Ann made Allison the most amazing bachelorette sash I have ever seen!

We started off at 21 Bar at Caesars. Here we go with another round of bottle service!

All warmed up and ready to dance, we headed into club Dusk!
That’s when my camera battery died. The rest of the photos are ones that Allison took with her cell phone and emailed to me.
After the club, we got pizza… and some continued to dance because the music was pumping outside on the boardwalk, too! The party doesn’t stop! (Especially with Julie Ann around, she kept dancing with Allison!)
After pizza, we piled into those boardwalk pedi-cabs again to get back to the Chelsea hotel:
But before calling it a night, we stopped by the Chelsea poolside cabanas. They turn that space around the pool into a lounge and nightclub for evening.
How did I end up wearing Allison’s veil in my hair?
You know it’s a good night when the heels come off. It’s a good thing the rooms were just an elevator ride away.
The next day we recovered and recapped over brunch!!! So glad Brooke (who’s also pregnant, but further along than I am) could join us the next day!!!
