Feeling festive!
Dan and I went to his brother Dave’s house to go do the Hannukah thing with his brother’s family, his dad and Harriett.
The kids really wanted to blow out the candles. It took them a little time grasp the whole “Hannukah” thing. They saw the candles and kept asking, ‘Who’s birthday is it?’.

Mary made an amazing dinner; there was lots of food and of course lots of dessert. (Harriett brought this cake. Yes, it tasted as good as it looked!)
