A Full Day!
Last night on my own, I was a penguin. Today, with Dan by my side, my custume with him turns into “The birds and the bees!”
We sure got a lot of attention walking to the car. Some tourists snapped photos of us. I wonder if they thought this is how we dress in Philadelphia every day?
First stop: Dan’s brother and sister-in-law’s place
Dan’s brother Dave and his wife Mary, sure know how to throw a party! There was food and candy and kids and family all over the place, ready to go trick-or-treating. It was too bad Dan and I went out to brunch together before the party. I was full! (But brunch together was fun!)

Third stop: The Henri David Ball!
…and back to the city we go. Dan and I had another party to go to, but we were starting to get tired so we went to one evening Halloween party instead of two. Once at the Henri David Ball, seeing some friends and all the crazy costumes, we got re-energized! Some people went all out dressing up for Halloween!
