Field Trip to Cape May with Dan!
Dan invited me to attend his sister-in-law’s sister’s wedding with him.
And I had such a great time! Here’s the happy couple:
We drove down Sunday morning and went straight to the downtown area and the beach.
Soon it was wedding time, and we had to get back to the “Southern Mansion” where we were staying, also where the big party was being held! It was so nice to spend time with Dan and his family; and his brother’s family, too.
I love that Dan’s close to his nephew and neice. (They are pretty cute!)
Of course Dan found a piano at the mansion.
He dared me to ask his dad to play, too. I loved that his dad stepped away to play the piano!
Then we joined the party again. Here’s the happy couple!

The next day, Dan and I explored some more of Cape May.
We went to the Cape May lighthouse.
And climbed all 199 steps to the top!
After climbing down all those steps, we went to relax on the beach for a bit.
On the way home, we stopped by one of those New Jersey farmer’s markets and baught fresh fruit and vegetables that we cooked that night for dinner. Yum! Another fun weekend!
