The Condo in the Sky
My Thursday night started with my after work dance class that I teach.
Then it was off to what my friend Grace described as an “executive” happy hour at Liberty One. Apparently, her bf’s friend has a lot of fabulously successful friends that he likes to connect to each other, so he organized this business social event. It was so cool! Aside from the food and drink, there was a custom shirt company that was doing fittings right there! Anyway, it was in the coolest place — the 57th floor penthouse at Liberty One.
Apparently, it’s not a completed living space yet. When someone plunks down the $30 million to buy the place, it will be completely renovated and combined with the floor below it to be made into a duplex with high ceilings. I’d love to see it when it’s done! Though for $30 million, I think they should also build a roofdeck with a pool. Can you IMAGINE living in a 16,000 square foot home???

Afterwards, I ran into some friends at another happy hour around the corner. The city was jumping tonight! The weather was beautiful. I rode my bike and got home before the rain began. This weather is amazing. It’s cool and comfortable. My windows are open right now and even though the rain is a little loud, it’s okay because that spring rain smell is overtaking my house.
