Clothing Purge
I had wanted to clean out the T-shirt and gym clothes section of my closet for a while and I finally got to it this month. I decided I would try and sell as much as possible during the First Friday gallery openings in my neighborhood before donating the rest to the Jewish Relief Agency.
Some of my friends/family came out to help me and to hang out. Lisa even brought some of her own stuff to sell, too. Melissa brought some wine.
Isaac and Courtney were the first to arrive. They came just in time to help me move my stuff outside and help me set up “shop.” Thanks a lot you guys!
Andrew helped me with my display, figuring out a way to hang T-shirts on the wall in an effort to lure people in to browse.
At the end of the night, Liz and Pete stopped by and helped me bag everything up and bring it back inside. (I didn’t snap a photo.) Thank you all so much to everyone who kept me company and helped me out!
At the end of the night, I made $70. Woo hoo! Most importantly though, my closet is sooo clean and there’s so much room in there to organize my clothes!
