Corie invited some folks to dinner at Kong.
Lisa came, too:
It was nice, the chef changed up the menu since the last time I was there.
This time around, they included some “Americanized” dishes in addition to the traditional Chinese/Hong Kong cuisine. The burger was to die for.
But my absolute favorite dish of the night was the dessert. Fried bananas, ice cream and homemade whipped cream with a cherry on top! The photo does not do this dish justice. It was delicious!
