Happy hour, then the suburbs
Mike and I started our Firday night with Happy Hour at Pileggi Boutique.
The cupcakes they served matched my purple scarf.
They were showcasing makeup next door… Rose did me up!
Before we left, we ran into our friends Jimmy and Matt.
…and I snapped a photo of Mike as we walked to the car.
At my parents’ house, Mike and I were greeted by a crying Ellie. Jen said there were a lot of strange faces around, so I hugged her and sat her down next to her sister Aviva, whom she sees day long. Aviva started to sing to Ellie and Ellie stopped crying! It was so cute.
Then we had dinner. Here’s mom and Leo:
Isaac, Mike, Tamir and Ellie:
Then it was cake time!
Here’s Leo playing with my mom’s elephant watering can:
And then he plays the “faces” game:
Aviva’s good at making faces, too!
Then Aviva got mad at Tamir for flipping her, so she tried to catch him but he wouldn’t let her. He was too fast. Too fast for a 3-year-old!
More photos — here’s Aviva and I:
And Aviva in a ballet pose:
All that fun made everyone tired, and it was time to go home…. but before you go, tell me Leo, who’s your favorite aunt?
Isaac, me and Mike:
and lastly, me, with mom and dad:
Shabbat Shalom!
