Too Young For Bowling
Itay had his heart set on bowling… but when I called to double check about bowling venues in the city, I learned that the kids wouldn’t be allowed in because the city bowling lanes are bars and you have to be over 21 years old in Philly to bowl where there’s alcohol!
So we decided to go play games at Dave and Busters, instead.
Neta and Itay got really, really into Guitar Hero:

I dragged Omri away from basketball to try a little Dance Dance Revolution with me. When we discovered that neither of us were all that great at that game, he went back to basketball. Omri, Neta and I then discovered this awesome virtual jumprope game that we got addicted to. Lots of jumping means lots of exercise!
We ate dinner late at night and then finished off the rest of the tokens on our game cards with some Skee Ball.

We collected lots and lots of prize tickets… but only had enough to cash out with the prize of a Homer Simpson doll and a squishy ball.
When we got home, we stayed up really, really late playing my keyboard and listening to music. Omri’s really into the keys. I hope he starts taking lessons or something!
It was a great night. I had so much fun with my cousins. I really felt like a kid that night, running around with my shoes off, playing video games!
