Baltimore, here we come!
Laura got MARRIED! Here’s Gretchen, me, Laura and her husband Rich!
Laura’s friend Liz picked me up and we drove down together. I have to say, Laura is a great matchmaker — Liz is super cool! So I made a new friend and that part of the weekend was awesome.
Here’s Liz and I:
She did my eye make-up. Earlier, we got to our room and had a tiny bit of time. I was gonna hit the gym for a bit, but only had time for a half hour… so I really pushed myself! I ran 3 miles in 30 minutes and by the time I returned to take a shower I was dripping sweat. I was so proud of myself for running that hard. Then it was get ready time.

Then we danced!
Oh, and the food was amazing! They had these incredible mini-burger stations where the caterers were grilling up sliders… and this was BEFORE the meal! Yum!
It was a pretty great party.
We stayed until the the end, and then Liz and I were goofy in the hotel room and stayed up really late. We played with the automatic timer on my camera and had a photo shoot before taking off our make-up.
We laughed and talked and didn’t fall asleep until crazy late. Somehow the next day we managed to drag ourselves out of bed for brunch… but it was difficult.
On the way back to Philly, the party continued in the car. We rolled down the windows, turned up themusic and went nuts.
