Israel Turns 60: PART NINE

May 11, 2008

Headed To Eilat

I meet up with Grace, say good-bye to Tel-Aviv, and we’re off to catch a flight to Eilat, a city on the southernmost tip of Israel, on the Red Sea.

Eilat Beach

You can see the country of Jordan across the Red Sea, where Eilat is situated. Saudia Arabia isn’t all that far from here, either.

Eilat food

Another city, another restaurant.

Slingshot

One of my favorite beach games. Awwww yeah. The Slingshot is actually quite mesmerizing.

Street Food: Corn

Yum! Street corn!
